Cellular immunotherapy is a fascinating, rapidly developing new approach for the treatment of cancer and infectious diseases. Although adoptive cell transfer has been restricted to small clinical trials so far, treatments using these engineered immune cells (CARs, TCRs) have generated some remarkable responses in patients with advanced malignancies. Furthermore, checkpoint inhibitors such as anti-CTLA-A4 and PD-1 antibodies show promise in metastatic cancer.
Over the past years the meeting has evolved to a widely respected event, attracting experts from all over the world to discuss recent topics of the field in a pleasant environment.

We will have the opportunity to share two days of single and not concurrent plenary presentations as well as poster sessions. In each scientific session there will be state of the art lectures, pre-clinical and clinical talks followed by several oral presentations which will be selected from submitted abstracts.
